These sun-facing solar cells wrap 340 o around the poles to collect the intense Arizona sun, solar collection dimensions of 8.4' x 30". The solar collectors are adhesive backed and riveted. The luminaires are solid state LEDs and full cutoffs, i.e., 'Dark Sky'-friendly. The manufacturer asserts zero maintenance on the lighting for at least 10 years. Trotter's Park, Orlando, Fla. Top, Right: Trotter's Park was originally the home of the Ben White Raceway. The 100-acre public park offers 4-lighted soccer fields, 4-lighted baseball fields, restroom and concession facilities, biking and blading trails. The lighting is on 24'6" spun cast concrete poles (Ameron Pole Products 'VEFX07.5' pole), with aluminum arms and scrolls. St. Louis Arch – CityArchRiver Project Bottom, Left: The geometric designed lighting at the St. Louis Gateway Arch grounds is the 'Linea 450' luminaire (HessAmerica). These extruded aluminum rectangular luminaires each have 2 'LEVO' LED modules producing 4000K 'neutral white' illumination. The modules have 14 high-power LEDs and a single piece prismatic lens molded from optical acrylic. The lighting is on 15' straight rectangular aluminum poles.
