family pool and pool bar and grill located on the waterfront. The Ruinous Mansion provides a 'Kids for All Seasons' club and outdoor activities for families. The Mansion's north balcony provides views to observe the kids' ruinous pool, concepted as backyard estate gardens with the old estate well with dilapidated colonnade featuring a choreographed interactive pop jet fountain complete with fog and 4 dynamite blasts that launch water 30' in the air to rain down on the kids in the pool. The Ruinous Mansion hides pool equipment while the 13' elevation of the structure is framed upon arrival to Explorer's Island and offers compelling views down into the Lazy River, Ruinous Kids Pool, and Family Infinity Edge Pool. Aligned with the family pool, the Iconic Tower of the Mansion serves as a climbing wall and a waterslide tower, with two 32' drop slides. The Family Pool and PB&G pool bar sit on the north end of the lake to maximize sun orientation, and display views of the Tower and lake with an infinity edge to connect the pool visually with the lake. A 'boil spring,' exposed after the Ruinous Mansion was built, flows into the 'Wine Cellar' of the Mansion.
