A research partner of the Post, Energage LLC, administered a third-party survey that measures the workplace culture based on employee feedback. Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage, stated, "Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results." "While it is promising that the drowning rate did not increase, there are still too many children who drown each year in pools and spas across the country," says CPSC acting chairman Ann Marie Buerkle.
