Monroeville, Pennsylvania Chatham Plaza Pittsburgh, Pa. Located within the heart of downtown Pittsburgh and nestled between a high rise apartment building, a mid rise hotel, and a high rise office building; Chatham Plaza is a quiet getaway from the metropolitan hustle and bustle. With a large custom designed water feature, two infinity waterfall walls, exposed aggregate seat walls, and seating for gatherings of all sizes, many of those who enjoy this outdoor setting may not even be aware that they are relaxing above an often fully occupied parking garage. Fahringer, McCarty, Grey fully administered and designed this project from concept through construction administration. Formed in 1963, Fahringer, McCarty, Grey, Inc. is a land development consulting firm of about two dozen professionals including landscape architects, civil engineers, surveyors, and CAD technicians. Like the original late founders; Dave Fahringer RLA, Robert McCarty PE, and Harold Grey RLA, the firm currently has three principals leading the way; Ray Gusty RLA, Brian Almeter RLA, and Jon Sweringen RLA. Efforts involve planning and designing residential, commercial, corporate, and institutional developments.
