October 2018 139 ZOO360 Philadelphia Zoo Philadelphia, Pa. CLR has been working with the Philadelphia Zoo since 2010 implementing their unique Zoo360 animal exploration trail system. This campus-wide trail system has been woven into the guest experience and creates pathways for a wide range of animals including: great apes, giant otters, meerkats and large cats. Entry and Predator Ridge Denver Zoo Denver, Colo. CLR landscape architects and architects worked together on a new enlarged entry sequence at the Denver Zoo to welcome the Zoo's 1.5 million annual guests. The ¾-acre entry plaza flanked by two new buildings contains a vehicular drop-off zone, seating integrated with plantings and playful sculptures, site lighting, ticketing, gift shop and other guest services. Immediately after entering the Zoo, guests have up close experiences with lions, hyenas and African wild dogs.
