Brett Kuzoian, has founded Castle Bay Design + Studio , currently based in Ormond Beach, Fla. with plans to expand north into neighboring St. Augustine in early 2015. Focused on innovative and strategic planning, landscape architecture and urban design, the firm serves public and private clients throughout Florida with licensed professionals possessing extensive experience. With more than 28 years of design experience, Keith Walzak has joined NBBJ as a market leader of the firm's Urban Design + Planning practice. Based in Seattle, Walzak strives to improve the health and livability of communities throughout the West. As a planning and urban design professional, he focuses his interest on sustainable urbanism, multi-modal and green infrastructure, urban redevelopment/regeneration strategies, cultural arts and social equity initiatives.
