October 2016 103 Franklin Park, Franklin, Tennessee Above & Middle, Right: Franklin Park is a 70-acre mixed-use development in the rolling hills of Franklin, Tennessee, shaped by a central road system that splits and crosses a creek from the 12-acre open space amenity. The network of streets has over 2.5 miles of sidewalks. The central amphitheater provides a flexible social space that offers comfortable gathering for large events. One can take a quiet stroll, view the surrounding hilltops, or play a game of Ping-Pong. The seven natural drainage basins are part of a comprehensive, integrated water resource management plan. Franklin Park embraces stormwater management, water quality features and rainwater harvesting methods. Spanx Corporate Headquarters Green Roof, Atlanta, Georgia Bottom, Right: This 8,000 sq. ft. green roof features a custom serpentine ipe bench that borders a central synthetic turf lawn. The rooftop provides two outdoor workspaces and a dining patio. Covered seating areas are adjacent to the interior dining area. An elevated deck serves as a stage or as an expanded seating area. The exterior wood and metal paneling establishes private, intimate spaces. Shadowboxes allow guests to sit at the window's ledge and overlook the streets of Buckhead. The rooftop garden provides a distinctive outdoor space for employees, clients and guests. This flexible space can accommodate 500 guests.
