The complete renovation of the historic horse farm was led by the landscape architect. The English owner wanted a "Proper Garden" she could stroll through while visiting the Bluegrass State. The farm was artfully designed and environmentally sensitive. William E. Esarey—wee landscape architecture—is a boutique practice specializing in creating great places for people. Mr. Esarey has 35 years of varied professional experience. He is the sole employee, and celebrating 10 years in business. Bill wants to make sure he knows every detail of a project and the clients' expectations. In addition to clients across the U.S., project work extends to Ireland, England, the United Arab Emirates, India and China. Mr. Esarey has won 10 ASLA chapter awards, has been included in two PBS documentaries and published in Architectural Digest, LASN and numerous regional publications.
