October 2016 145 Residential, New Orleans Above: Page | Duke Landscape Architects created an intimate landscape in the New Orleans Garden District with a series of chambered garden rooms that plays on the inside/outside relationships to the main residence. The garden rooms became an extension of the interior spaces. Residential, Nashville Middle, Right: Page | Duke Landscape Architects collaborated on a Nashville house and garden renovation of an existing structure and completed several garden rooms for family and guest entertaining. Clues from sight lines were established and carried into the land for primary views and circulation paths. Residential, Memphis Below: For this Memphis residence, Page | Duke Landscape Architects, in collaboration with Menzer-McClure Architects, made use of the long vista from the rear terraces. The idea was to bring the outdoor relationships into the residence and use the pool as a platform for artwork. Residential, Nashville Right: Page | Duke Landscape Architects worked on this 69-acre estate in collaboration with Ferguson and Shamamian Architects over the course of 20 years to compile a complete landscape master plan.
