Ben Green achieved state licensure in February, 2012. He holds a bachelors of science in landscape architecture from University of California, Ben Green Davis. After eight years working within the firm's design studio he was promoted to Associate in 2010. With more than 12 years' experience, mostly focused in the Sacramento Valley region, Green has been responsible for the management, from design through construction, of multiple private and public projects including master planned communities. Seattle-based landscape architects Gustafson Guthrie Nichol announced that Theater Commons and Jennifer Guthrie, Kathryn Gustafson and Shannon Nichol Donnelly Gardens are all three founding principals of GGN, a Seattle-based at Seattle Center landscape architecture firm. has become one - Photo by Julie Harmsen of four pilot projects newly certified by the Sustainable Sites Initiativeā„¢ for its sustainable site design, construction and maintenance. These projects have been recognized by SITESā„¢, an interdisciplinary effort led by ASLA, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center at The University of Texas at Austin, and United States Botanic Garden. SITES is a voluntary, national rating system for sustainable landscapes of all types, with or without buildings. Certification is based on The Sustainable Sites Initiative: Guidelines and Benchmarks 2009. TBG Partners, the Austin-based landscape architecture and planning firm, recently promoted Katie Robillard to senior associate and Matt Dawson and Ryan Parr Katie Robillard to the title of associate. Robillard joined TBG Partners' Austin office in September 2007. She works on and manages multifaceted projects from planning and initial design phases through construction. Dawson joined the firm in March 2011 and has quickly become an integral team member. He manages complex Matt Dawson projects and has diverse experience that includes design, planning, landscape ordinance plans, construction administration, and coordination with clients and consultants. Parr joined the office in January 2009 and works on firm-wide marketing initiatives along with marketing support for Ryan Parr each of the firm's offices.
